The island of Capri offers you the gift of her incomparable beauty
we show you how best to enjoy it
On request, Al Mulino provides a shuttle service to the Hotel, collecting guests from the Port of Marina Grande. To book this service just inform us, prior to boarding your boat, of the scheduled time of departure and the name of the hydrofoil/ferry company with which you are travelling. The blue shuttle bus with Hotel Mulino written on the side, will park near the Bar Grotta Azzura.
Cars and taxis can drive all the way up to the main entrance of the hotel.
Those wishing to travel to the hotel by bus should use the Marina Grande-Anacapri busline, getting off at the bus station. From here you take the Anacapri-Grotta Azzurra line. Ask the driver where to get off and then proceed by foot, following the signs to the hotel. If we are given at least 15 minutes notice, we will collect you in the hotel shuttle bus from the center of Anacapri.
On request, the hotel organises transfers from the airports or railway stations of Naples and Rome to the hotel. The driver, holding a card bearing the name of the hotel, will greet guests at the arrival gate or train platform, and accompany them to the port from where boats depart for Capri. Should guests wish, the driver will purchase the tickets necessary for the hydrofoil or ferry on their behalf.
It is important to know that non-residents are not allowed to bring their cars to the island of Capri, except in low season (November to March). Those travelling by motorway should take the exit for Napoli Centro, and head for the Porto and Molo Beverello. In Naples there are a number of surveillanced car parks and garages where you can safely leave your vehicle.
The island of Capri can be reached by hydrofoil or ferry from the ports of Naples, Sorrento, Salerno, Amalfi, Postano and Ischia. Click here to consult up-to-date timetables of maritime connections to and from Capri.
